How We Work

We are not a franchise company, we are active studio owners ourselves, and we have developed fee-based consulting services dedicated to helping small fitness studios launch and grow.  Each proposal is totally customized depending on your needs, we have a variety of programs.  In each, all your costs will be known up front.  Would you like to hear more about our services?  Contact Bill at billpryor@comcast.net or call 781-254-3677 for a free discussion…….happy to brainstorm!

If you are a total “do it yourself-er” and don’t want to talk to us, you may want to consider buying a few of our planning tools (business plan template, studio development handbook or studio operating manual).  Click here for details and prices.

  1. I am wondering how it is that you can help get a studio started. I have wanted to own my own studio for some time, but have no idea how to go about it.

    Thanks!

    • Hi Kelly, first step is typically a business plan that outlines a model for the business including the necessary investment and payback. Happy to help get the ball rolling with a discussion….you can call me at 781-254-3677

  2. How can i open a spin studio with just a little bit of money, How many spin bike can i start a spin studio with, thanks

    • Hello Cedrick, there is an investment required if you want to establish a strong business…..to find out exactly what it is, we do business plans for folks. Depending on your area and your rent, you may be able to start with as few as 15 or 20 bikes, but to make the business model work in the long term you will need to grow to 35+. Feel free to contact me to brainstorm on this, you can call anytime at 781-254-3677
